Crystal Feller Therapeutic Program Director MS, CCC-SLP Crystal Feller, received a Bachelor of Science
and Masters Degree in Communication Disorders. She holds an Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license and a CCC, (Clinical
Certificate of Competence), through the National Organization ASHA, (American Speech Language and Hearing Association).
Crystal Feller has over 12 years of
experience servicing children and adults in settings such as preschool environments, out-patient rehabs and natural
environments. She has been a self-employed speech therapist since 1998. For eight years

Kari Welker Language Enrichment Program Director BS, Early Childhood Education MS, Special Education Kari Welker, holds a Bachelor of Arts in early childhood and primary
education. She received a Masters of Science in Special Education. She also holds an
Indiana State Teachers license, K-12 special education, and is LIPPS (Lindamood-Bell Phonics Program) certified.
Kari is also a lifetime member of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). She has over 15 years experience
working with children who have a variety of special needs, including cognitive delays, speech and language delays, visually
impaired, autism, and various other syndromes. She has a strong knowledge base for kindergarten readiness
skills and is a certified mentor at Hamilton Southeastern school system. Kari also has a unique understanding
of parenting a child with a language delay as her two year old son has an expressive language delay. Phone: (317)
