Q: How much does each program cost?
A: The cost for the programs is dependent upon how many days a week your child attends. The
recommendation for frequency of services is based on your child's evaluation results and team discussion.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Parents can pay by check, credit card, or electronic funds
transfer method. Tuition can be paid for all at once, or broken down over three months for each 12-week session.
Q: Does insurance cover all or a portion of the programs offered at TalkingTime?
A: Most insurance companies do not cover speech therapy
unless it is restorative in nature. However, each individual insurance policy is different so you would need
to check with your insurance company to verify your benefits. You may also want to check to see if you are able
to utilize your flexible spending account if you participate in one. Our speech-language pathologist will provide you
an invoice for speech services once a month if your insurance does cover therapy services. You may then submit this invoice
to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Q: Does Talking Time offer a sibling discount?
A: Yes we do. If you have more than one child attending Talking Time in the same
session we offer discounts based on the program(s) the children are attending.
Q: Are your Therapeutic and Language Enrichment programs all day programs?
A: No. We offer a morning session for both the Therapeutic and Language Enrichment
programs. The session is 3 hours (8:30-11:30) in length. If you need an extended day, call us to
find out about our "Lunch Bunch" group (11:30-12:30), our Kindergarten "Power Hour" option (11:30-12:30)
or our aftercare program.
