Outpatient Therapy Option

Talking Time Learning Center also can schedule Private Outpatient therapy only as an option.TTLC is an In-Network provider for Anthem Insurance. Our office manager takes careof turning in the claim to Anthem for your speech therapy session. We find out all of theinformation you will need to know to begin receiving 1:1 outpatient therapy (how many visitsper year you are allowed, what is your deductible, what is your co-insurance, what is your co-pay).

If you do not have Anthem Insurance you still can receive service from TTLC. You may beeligible to receive some reimbursement at an out-of-network reimbursement rate or pay privatelyif you do not wish to turn in claims to your insurance carrier. If you wish to pay privately foroutpatient therapy, the cost of the session is due at the time of service. Please contact our officefor rates.

An initial evaluation is mandatory to determine if therapy is recommended and at whatfrequency. Most insurance companies cover the cost of the expense for an initial evaluation.Therapy frequency can be scheduled to meet the needs of each family (example: 1x/week, 2x’s/month). Parents are allowed to sit in on each session, observe through the observation window,or come in at the last 5 minutes of the session to speak with the therapist.
